*For bookings of 7 nights or more, a daily allowance of 20kWh of electricity is included. Any excessive consumption will incur a charge of $5 MXN per extra kWh.

With normal and responsible use, you should not exceed this limit. We recommend turning on the AC only while you are indoors and ensuring all doors and windows are closed when in use. Please turn them off when leaving the property.

It is located in a residential area very close to the famous Fifth Avenue; A vibrant pedestrian promenade filled with boutiques, restaurants and bars, offering an exceptional dining and shopping experience. It's also located near white sand beaches and turquoise waters!



Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family adventure or simply a place to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere, Playa del Carmen promises a memorable stay.



Getting Around:

You probably won't need a vehicle to get around. Most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit more remote places, there are various transportation options available in the city, such as taxis, car rentals or even bicycles. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of cycle paths that connect the main tourist spots of the city.



Other Things to Note:

There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
