Stayed for 5x nights in a basic double room… Having stayed in the Iberostar Cala Millor last year i had an idea of what to expect and this was pretty much the same… Good Points Room was as you would expect clean and tidy, basic but thats what i paid for, maids popped in daily to clean and make the beds. Food good overall but did get a little bit repetative over the 5 days Staff as always very helpful especially great them being multi-lingual helps massively and the little fella that works in the bar area what a genuinely lovely guy would do anything to help.. Bad Points Beds could do with an overhaul mine had a broken wheel and was a bit wobbly as did my partners…

Absolutely fantastic ! Staff is just amazing from reception, housekeeping to all kitchen and canteen employees- friendly, kind, very attentive, helpful, smily and caring. We had a half board option and out of many hotels we stayed in recent years this one beats them all - so much choice of food, everything fresh, organic coffee, fried eggs or meat cooked to your preference! Great choices to accommodate anyone. Exceptional waiting and kitchen staff !!! Bus stop right on the front of the hotel connecting Palma City and Airport. Will definitely come back there in the future ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

El hotel cumple las expectativas para el precio, un poco de atención a la limpieza profunda ( hongo en la ducha) haría casi perfecto el paquete. Los detalles (regalos como rosas, Piccolo, chocolates) son muy bien valorados y hablan muy bien de su interés por agradar. Recomendable.

Great experience
As with many Iberostar hotels they are spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a wide variety of fresh food. I suspect I would book directly for my next trip though.

The foods are vety nice, but in dinner time the drinks are not good quality. The apple juice and ice tea was a color water with a lot of sugar, a you have to pay extra.......for money ehy not a normal ice tea, and juice? This have to change! But the hole hotel was fantastic!!!!

It was wonderful stay. Staffs were very friendly and easy to access. With the electric car we have to charge, good to have the charging station in the garage. Breakfast was really good. All staff were kind and friendly. Hotel it self is also good for traveling with kids. Microwave is in the room and water dispenser is at the apposite side of the elevator. We don’t have to buy water during the stay. We would like to stay here again! the parking space was very limited.

Great hotel.
The hotel was comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious. Excellent selection of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for you. Excellent range of activities and entertainment both day and night. Would recommend hotel and look for iberostar brand again.

Lovely stay
The hotel is very clean, our room was fine. The food was varied and good for a buffet. The inside pool was brilliant, and my daughter enjoyed this a lot. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach, shops etc. My only slight negative was that there were a few impolite staff members. Most were brilliant and always said hello and we’re happy to help, but there was 1 member of staff on reception, and 1 waiter in the restaurant that were rude. If this hadn’t been the case I’d have rated the hotel with top marks!

Great location. Bus stop outside the hotel which goes to the airport and to Palma centre. Breakfast and dinner were good. Pool opening times great for children (12-6pm). Beach clean and not busy in December. 1 star deduction as the room safe has a fee to use! This should be free for a 4 star hotel.

Recently remodeled wonderful hotel with just a few minutes walk to a seafront promenade and beach. 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma old town.

Perfect place for a beach holiday
We have enjoyed so much the hotel, the breakfast and dinner buffet , the show at night and the fabulous beach just one block away. We would like to mention 3 names of people with outstanding service at the restaurant: Lorenzo, Dario and Rafael ( at the grill).

It is okay,but can be said not a 4 star. Convenient location,but far from the city center. Reception,cleaning, and some of restaurant staff were friendly and nice,but not all staff. I dont think I will use Iberostar again in general. Prefer to use RIU where staff are trained well for customer services.

Food was very good. I wish the pool was warmer. Don’t understand why we needed to pay for water in the dinning room and bar. Need to enforce no smoking rule. Neighbours were smoking even after we told reception.

10/10 most aspects… the only negativeswould be the indoor pool was just as cold as the outside pool and the extra cost for using the sauna room as all hotels normally include this as free. One last thing would be no tea or coffee facilities in the room as a negative
