Summary:

Pnoe Alas Villa is part of a modern villa complex in Tavronitis, Chania, 20 km from the city center. By the sea, it offers a peaceful natural setting with easy access to Chania and nearby beaches. The villa features a private pool with children’s area, optional heated pool, outdoor lounges, sauna, and fitness area for a relaxed seaside stay.



The Space:

Pnoe Alas Villa is located directly on the seafront, along the extended coastline of Tavronitis. It offers all modern amenities, covering a wide range of needs, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.



The villa features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests in an impressive 320 sq.m. layout, arranged over three levels. The outdoor area offers a lush green setting with sea views. A key highlight is the 76 sq.m. heated swimming pool, thoughtfully designed to allow even younger guests to swim safely. Sun loungers and pool umbrellas are provided beside the pool. In addition, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 guests.



On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is designed to be functional and practical, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking. These open and spacious areas create an inviting environment for sharing memorable moments with loved ones.



Going upstairs from the living room, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering views of the garden.



Going downstairs from the living room, on the same level as the road, are the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and one armchair-bed. This bedroom is suitable for guests using a wheelchair, as it is accessible via elevator. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with facilities for guests with reduced mobility.



The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds that can be joined, as well as one armchair-bed. Both of these bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch TVs. Overall, all bedrooms feature air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a vanity desk that can also be used as a workspace. An additional bathroom is available on this level.



In the basement, the villa offers a gym area with a treadmill, a rowing machine, a yoga mat, and a set of dumbbells. Finally, the villa features a sauna with hydromassage, along with a small shower and WC.



Guest Access:

** The use of the pool is free of charge. If you wish to use the heated pool service, it is available for an additional cost per day (70 euros ) . The pool temperature can increase by up to 4°C above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. Continuous use is required for the heated pool without interruptions.

-The bedroom meets all the necessary requirements for accommodating guests with wheelchairs.

The Neighborhood:

Our brand-new villas are located in the picturesque village of Tavronitis, Chania, right by a pebble beach, offering a peaceful seaside stay. We recommend having a car for added convenience and to easily explore the surrounding area. The villas are just 3.9 km from Kissamos, where you can find beaches, restaurants, and cafés.



In the wider area, guests can visit Balos Beach (24 km), Falassarna (27 km), and Elafonisi (58 km), all renowned for their natural beauty. Platanias, 12 km away, offers a variety of activities and entertainment options, including water sports, hiking, cycling, short trips to nearby villages, as well as restaurants and cafés for relaxing moments.



The villas’ location near the national road, only 2.5 km away, makes it easy to travel around and reach key destinations across western Crete. Additionally, the city of Chania is 21 km away, offering its scenic harbor, historical landmarks, and cultural attractions, providing guests with a complete experience during their stay.



Getting Around:

While we do offer the option to arrange airport transfers for our guests at an additional cost, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your holiday. Having a car allows you the freedom to explore the local area and nearby attractions at your own pace, and experience everything our destination has to offer.
