I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked a suite, yet it did not include basic amenities such as face towels, hand towels, or even a microwave. As a loyal customer since 2000, I know the difference between a Deluxe Room and a Suite. Unfortunately, the only noticeable difference now is that the suite comes with a full-size refrigerator.
In addition, the Superior Suite is not soundproof. You can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and if you’re traveling with small children, they may also overhear guests’ private intimate moments. This is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially for families. I expected much better from a suite, considering the price and the hotel’s previous standards.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together.
The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease.
But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience.
Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
