"Everything is excellent wonderful place...aaa"

"Called 2 hrs past cancellation cut off due to car troubles. Even with Expedia calling they refused to credit me. After a 12 hr drive we made it to the hotel. Every inch of this place was disgusting. From the building, lobby, grounds and room. The front desk person was unsympathetic and again refused to give me my money back. Again Expedia called to solve the issue without success. DONOT STAY here. Disgusting on all levels"

"I felt that this hotel did not meet up with what a Marriott Hotel’s standards should be. Upon arrival a woman was yelling profanities at the entrance to the hotel. The pool was too cold and surroundings unkept. The tub drain was broken and left on the side of the tub. There were no bags in our garbage can. During the night I was awakened by a loud noise and when I looked out in the hallway, one of the coverings of a ceiling light fixture had fallen down. Amenities were poor. No complementary coffee/tea. In the morning there were also police cars and officers responding to an altercation in the hotel. I did not feel safe at this establishment. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was not a good experience."
