"Heavy perfume/ ?Fabuloso smell in rooms and halls. Bathtub with residue from sticky antislip strips. Noisy heater. Beds were comfortable, staff less than helpful when it was obvious that somewhere along the line our reservation was canceled due to "card declined" though payment had been made. Had to rebook (thankfully a room available). Expedia ultimately refunded my money. "

"When I booked this room I requested a handicap access room, which was wonderful. However, the agent checking us in refused us the cot we needed. There was plenty of room and we were told there was not enough space for a cot. Very disappointing to be told upon check out that we indeed could have had a cot."
