The front desk is consistently welcoming and always in good spirits, the property is kept up nicely, and you can always get in touch with them (which nowadays is near impossible with automated services & AI). I stayed there last week and am going back Monday. It’s always a pleasure!"

"Our stay at the Fairfield Northampton was great. The room and all common areas were clean. Housekeeping came and made the beds, replenished towels and toiletries with care while we were out. Location was close the downtown with shops and eateries and a 20 minute drive from UMass. The complimentary breakfast and pool was a highlight of our stay. The staff was all super friendly. We look forward to staying again for any our future UMass visits."
