"The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel."

"This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Special shout out to Ana at the front desk who made us feel special and welcome. The room was gorgeous and was reset every day. The area around the hotel could not be any better, including the U3 and U1 lines just a few steps away. We will definitely stay here again!"
"Walking distance to the city centre ie. around half hour to get to all important tourist attractions. Very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. "
"Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was also made to feel very special on my milestone birthday. Travel guidance on sightseeing/local places to visit was indeed helpful. Breakfasts were sumptuous too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. "
"I’d say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was so clean! One small recommendation is to have a selection of pillows available for guests to choose from (a pillow menu in other hotels I have stayed in), as the ones in my room were very flat and not supportive. "
"Location is excellent a short walk from ast Stephen’s cathedral and the museum district. Staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel."
