The community is quiet and beautifully kept. The pool area is quite large. There were some children with grandparents etc, but very respectful. The place is immaculate with every need provided for. It was spacious, had plenty of space and met our needs perfectly. The only reason I will not give the neighborhood a 5 star rating is because this community is very strict and not really the best family friendly location. Due to the strictness of the rules in community areas we ended up not feeling like we could enjoy the pool to the fullest and instead went to the beaches on Gaspirilla Island most days- a short drive (but a toll $) and breathtakingly beautiful.
