MAIS mauvais accueil dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel : personnel peu aimable au guichet d'accueil et en salle. Jamais un sourire, mis à part les employés de ménage. Depuis 30 ans que je vais au Tirol, je n'ai jamais vu cela : ambiance peu chaleureuse ! Au restaurant, il est impossible d'avoir une carafe d'eau. Par contre le cadeau de départ :...
