Management was terrible with no customer service. Already paid for the room had confirmation. Drove four hours down and went to check in and they told my room was cancelled and they were full and that there was nothing they could do. They blamed Expedia but when I reached out to Expedia they said my room was reserved. Management was terrible and within twenty minutes they magically had a room for me.

Im disapointed that you gave us a 1 star review. There was an issue that needed the GM attention and we moved as quickly as possible to get you in the hotel. When you book with a 3rd party there is times where reservations get stuck in the GDS system

I enjoyed my stay up until the end. I don’t know what exactly happened with the sink in the kitchenette area but on my last morning there cockroaches were coming out of the sink hole. We never ate in the room so I thought that was concerning. We only had used the sink to wash our hands previous days. Besides that incident the room was nice and it was a very lovely stay. I really liked that they offered dove products in the bathroom.

The rooms were huge very nice clean , and what stood out most was the staff front desk from morning shift to night shift were amazing went above an beyond . We went out there for a recruitment visit at the university of pittsburgh and we got to the hotel late night kids had a bunch of energy the pool was closed and the lady from the mid shift was finishing up she saw that kids were bored and she didnt have too but she opened the pool at 11:30 pm so the boyz can have an hour there to hang out , that was a plus ,so thank you to that lady an the whole staff our stay was amazing , icing on the cake the breakfast 🙏love it ,thank you again will def stay there again on my next visit .

Waited at airport in 15 degrees for the shuttle being hotel express for 45 mins outside. I guess they just fly by if your not outside waiting for them. Probably wont stay with this place until they get a good reliable shuttle bus. Morning shuttle was on time though so that was nice.

I really appreciated the airport shuttle service. Our room was clean. The kitchen could have been outfitted better. A nonstick skillet would have been good. Overall very good.

There was a team of hockey players and their parents staying on our floor, the kids were out of control. Running up and down the halls hanging on our door at times ranging from 11am to 1145 pm. While this isn't the hotels fault, I spoke to the front desk 3 separate times to express frustration. They asked the parents to keep the kids under control, but it clearly didn't work as this continued for the three days we stayed there. So my only issue with the hotel was lack of action to allow my girlfriend and I a peaceful stay.

Yeah Its a shame that the parents of hockey kids let them do whatever they want. My staff fought with them the entire time. I am sorry about the guests who dont think about others. I hope you had an enjoyable time besides that.

It was great having a properly stocked mini kitchen with dishes and utensils. The beds and bedding were very cozy and clean. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast are were all very friendly and welcoming.

Staff were amazing. We had a group of 25 and they accommodated all of our needs. Our room keys were ready when we arrived. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and the kitchens were a god sent for our group.
