Be prepared to pay to park at this hotel. I can understand IF you were leaving your car there all week but for 25 hours be prepared to pay almost $12. And the app to pay it on was ridiculous. I couldn’t get my card number in and the check in lady made me feel like an idiot. She walked away back into a room and wouldn’t help further. THEN, no hot water! I couldn’t even shower. I didn’t call the front desk thinking that maybe the hot water just ran down and needed time to regenerate. Wrong! No hot water this morning either. Then when I checked out there was no one at the front desk to even tell. Just a little basket to throw your door card into. Not impressed with this Fairfield Inn. I won’t be back and will look to stay elsewhere when I need to fly out again.

Name listed includes "airport" in the name but is not particularly close (more than 6 miles) away from the "real" airport. Now need to pay a third party to use open lot space around the building. The breakfast foods they have are pretty poor.

Great place to stay. Disappointed that pool was out of order. Breakfast area was clean and food was safe. Would stay here again if pool was fixed.

The air conditioner kept us awake both nights we were there. It would be silent and a minute later it would come in like a train. Very loud. It would be nice to have coffee available at c any time

The room was just ok , beds were squeaky and could feel the springs in my back. The parking is absolutely awful!!! Never a place to park to stay here . Staff was friendly but not attentive.

Surprising luxury
I was pleasantly surprised about how lovely and comfortable the room was, the only bad thing was it was only one night. Very courteous staff and the cleanliness and amenities were appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Unprofessional stall at front desk. Rude behavior. They don't even direct you towards the elevator. As soon she checked us in she was on her phone. No greeting and no thank you poor customer service

We picked this hotel because our flight left very early and this was the only place with 24 hour shuttle service. No where did I read that there was a charge for parking, I was shocked when she said that to me. I expected it to be included in the ridiculous price charged for sleeping in their bed for a few hours. I won’t use this place again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight. Plenty of parking for a large trailer. Free shuttle from airport. Extremely quiet area. Very clean. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Happy to have a non dairy beverage available.

Arrived at my 3 pm check-in time. No rooms were ready, none. I needed to get ready for a wedding. They pointed me to the public bathroom. So, no shower after a 5-hour drive. There was a large group of people who were also waiting. I had a handicap room. Tiles were loose and missing in the bathroom. Absolutely nothing complimentary, not even water in the fridge. They had a free breakfast. Much of the food tasted artificial. Time for check-out, I brought two of my 3 bags down. I parked close to a side door (handicapped remember). Could not get back in with my card. By 9 am it was no longer working. Walked around the building to get in, and had reception re-activate it. Oh, the indoor pool was closed too.

This is a nice property. The staff are not overly friendly - I think the woman checking me in said 3 words to me - but the place is well located and clean.

Was not aware the pool and hot tub was under construction; we were able to use the hotel next door. It was still an inconvenience because we booked here because of the amenities. Asked for additional linen and was told there was none in the hotel as it was all being used.

When we arrived our television had no signal. Reported to the front desk clerk. Nobody came to look at it like she said. The next shift came on duty, he actually came to our room himself since there was no one on duty from maintenance. He couldn’t get it to work. Spoke with the dual assistant general manager in the morning about getting some type of refund, she said she would be willing but we would have to take it up with Expedia since that is who we booked our stay with. Her name is Heather Mecannic. To spend over 200 dollars on a nights stay with no television is un called for. Hoping you will correct this. Thank you!
