The Nest At Eagle Point

The Nest at Eagle Point - a beautiful architectural complement to the Forest Garden cottage the initial listing opened in 2022. Both are located on ten wooded acres with a path and stream. The Nest has 900 s.f. of living space with a sleeping loft and bedroom downstairs, a full kitchen dining and living area dedicated for guest use. This open and high-ceilinged space faces east and south and is light-filled with views into the trees.

The space
The Nest is a unique living space with high ceilings, large windows lining the east and south perimeter, fine architectural details; a full kitchen with granite countertops and a loft.

SPECIAL NOTE:

While The Nest is a dedicated space for guest use, there are additional rooms adjacent to the apartment in the Main House which may be shared with the host under special circumstances and at additional cost.

Additional rooms include:
- Bedroom: 1 queen bed (See Bedroom 3 under "Property and rooms")
- Bathroom: Full bath (See Bathroom 2 under "Property and rooms")
- Living Room: (See Living Room 2 under "Property and rooms")
- Atrium: A large (300 s.f.) open space with 25' ceiling topped by a clerestory (listed under "Property and room" as Living Room 3.)
Guest access
The Nest is fully available and dedicated for guest use with its own entrance.
