"Everyone and everything was just Good. Needs to upgrade pillows. Showers need a little attention. "

"We arrive early and I requested for early check in. I was told I would be called when room is available. Within an hour I was called that room was avaiiable for check in."

"Not near the beach, I thought it would be. When we entered the lobby (after a long drive) the receptionist continued her conversation on the phone with a potential guest for about 10-15 minutes before checking us in! Room was just OK. "

"We arrived early but couldn’t check in yet so returned past check in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be finished. Then there were no towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Staff were friendly. Attention to details can be improved. "

"Doors were so loud that everytime they were shut my son covered his ears because of how loud they were, the walls were very thin and could hear the people’s conversation next to me, even with my tv on. My room sinks drain never opened and only let water trickle down. The room was advertised as having an ocean view but was only viewable if I was on the balcony and leaned over the banister and looked between two buildings. Construction was taking place and while on the balcony a construction worker assembled a wooden platform right outside our room at 8 am. For the money I paid I expected more from this hotel. "

"Front staff was amazing! However the housekeeping staff was not the friendliest and the carpet in the room was really gross. They only gave 2 towels per room and it was difficult to get more. "
