Front staff and house keeping are on top of everything! Friendly, helpful and efficient! Property is clean and you can get to a lot of the tourist sights by walking. Overall excellent experience!

The breakfast menu was fresh. All the public transportation eight minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights.
The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture.
