Ideally situated between tranquility and convenience, this house will charm you with its authentic setting and outdoor space. The Accommodation Ground floor – 115 m² A bright, air-conditioned space with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub and shower), a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious and friendly living area. You'll also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your comfort. Bedroom 1: Bed 140x200 Bedroom 2: Bed 160x200 Bedroom 3: Bed 160x200 Upper floor – 85 m² A separate, equally comfortable and air-conditioned space with 3 bedrooms, a shower room with washing machine, separate toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a living room opening onto a small south-facing balcony.
