"The overall external look of the hotel is a bit historic which isnt an issue. I was surprised at how modern the inside of the rooms were..however they have exceptional customer service and a tpp tier valet service. I would definitely stay here again."

It’s very frustrating to feel like an imposition on ANYONE especially in the “hospitality” industry . JEN SMILED at my pup and I and wasn’t condescending and also allowed for the fact that sometimes the medical necessity of a service animal is t obvious .
