Completely remodeled duplex, new everything! Beautiful Coastal decor, fully furnished throughout. Twin-over-full bunk bed in room one sleeps 3, and king size memory foam bed in master bedroom. Master also has its own large closet and bathroom with a brand new tile shower. Living room has leather couch that folds completely flat and can sleep two comfortably. Backyard is fully fenced and includes a fire pit. Eat-in kitchen has all appliances including Keurig coffee maker, as well as pots and pans and dishes to make that stay-at-home meal. Separate full laundry room is off to one side of the kitchen. Location is close to everything that Jacksonville has to offer. And if you are visiting with your Marine, this home is very close to the base, and not far from historic Swansboro.

Fantastic
Owners truly care about thier property and providing a quality product. Very clean, freshly renovated and well cared for. Nice, fenced backyard too. Also, excellent proximity to the front gate (Camp Legeune), and quick access to downtown. Really enjoyed this stay and we're already planning our next trip to this residence.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville, NC. It was a quick trip to visit our kids who are being stationed in Japan- maybe our last chance to see them for awhile. We appreciated the lovely home and it's proximity to the base and the kids. We also visited some great shops, a farmer's market, and Onslow Beach. Very nice. Great location to get around. Clean, comfortable lodgings. Just what we needed- our group was 2 adults, two teenagers- just the right amount of room to feel at home and relax.

Wonderful!
Absolutely wonderful this home away from home. Clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the Base and restaurants, perfect for visiting family. Everything you need to cook a meal. All decorated for Christmas, even with cookies, this was our 2nd visit.

We enjoyed this beautiful home. Everything is just like described. Very very clean. We have stayed in several different houses over last 5 years visiting our Marine. This is the best one yet. Also close to All on base housing.

The home is set up nicely. The owners are very nice and respond immediately to messages. But there are a few things with the home that are lacking.. we rented this home specifically for the fenced in back yard for our pets. We were a little disappointed to see that the back yard hadn't been mowed and was about 2" high and unkept. I'm not sure if a cleaning service is being used or the owners do it themselves but the bathrooms need a better clean between guests. Orange mildew/soap scum in the grout and black mildew around the shower floor. Sinks weren't clean, hair leftover in the shower, dirt/dust on baseboard. Dust on the light fixtures and fans. In the extra blankets there was one that smelled of urine, I figured it was the doings of a previous guest and put it in the dirty linen. The towel bar in the main bathroom is loose from the wall, so I was a little afraid I was going to fully pull it out. The front door is hard to secure with the dead bolt unless you really lift up on it. The wooden blinds in the bedrooms didn't make me feel quite comfortable at night because it wouldn't be hard for the side neighbor to into the room. All in all everything was manageable so we just dealt with it. The stay was decent, right across from the base, and 5 mins from a grocery store. The owners were thoughtful and left cookies.
