"I did not have an opportunity to enjoy the hot tub, pool or complimentary breakfast due to time restraints for the event I was attending. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping accommodated my needs for extra coffee k cups and such. The room was clean and met every expectation. The staff checking in and out were very cordial, informative and professional. My overall experience was very pleasant!"

"Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. "
