Couldn’t say better things about this cabin. Perfect location and close to all the action in The Red. The cabin was clean and the property was amazing.
This cabin was so neat & clean. It is filled with some great art & everything you need in a vacation rental. And the fire pit area is awesome! Loved our stay here!
Loved the cabin and surrounding property. We ended up leaving early, but owner was great about our change in plans. Location to cave kayaking and gorge was perfect.
The property is a geographical wonder. Love how the house is located beside the rock wall and how they have used the outside to create unique spaces like the fire pit. It's really close to all the activities of RRG. We really enjoyed our time at Big Rock cabin.
Our family of four had a great stay. What a special place to relax. You could easily spend 2-3 days or more exploring the area just around the cabin. We explored the Gorge and enjoyed La Cabana Mexican restaurant - so good!
This cabin is so cool! Awesome decorating, very comfortable and accommodating for our family. The cabin is locator the bottom of a steep hill in the first , right next to a beautiful rock formation, it’s truly is a hidden gem!
A perfect refuge. Quiet, secluded but not far from hiking trails, restaurants and shops. The cabin walls are covered in primitive art worthy of a museum. Check in was simple and the cabin was very clean. Comfortable couches and beds. We recommend highly!
Centrally located to points of interest in the Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge area. We did a lot of day hiking and enjoyed our evenings at the cabin, especially around the beautiful campfire. Be sure and stop at one of the nearby locations and pick up plenty of firewood!
It is a great little cabin in the woods, we found everything there we needed to enjoy our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Big Rock. From relaxing by the fireplace and outdoor fire pit to fresh air on the porch, this was a perfect retreat for peace and tranquility. The cabin had everything we needed for the stay and was conveniently located to great restaurants and gift shops. We loved the artwork and little touches that made it home away from home. We highly recommend Big Rock!
Everything about this was perfect The cabin is SO much more than what is listed. It’s absolutely beautiful and spacious and better stocked than any rental we have ever stayed in. Check in was super easy. The hummingbirds were fabulous. We just absolutely loved Big Rock Cabin and can’t wait to go back!
Cabin was clean, loved the indoor seating area and the outdoor table for doing crafts. Kitchen was set up nicely. Even though some of the art was kind of creepy, we would definitely stay here again
was creepy, ee
This getaway has instantly become one of our favorite spots. Privacy. Beauty. Proximity to fun things to do. The cabin is very well equipped and met our needs 100%.
This property is awesome! Very quiet, peaceful area. If you are planning on going to the Gorge Underground ( which I highly recommend) this place is just up the road from the Gorge Underground. The firepit under the rock ledge is sooo cool. We had a blast here and will definitely stay here again!
This property was perfect for our family of 4. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was in a very scenic area. The picnic table and fire pit near the rock face was awesome. The owner gave very detailed driving directions and all of the amenities were as described. The cabin was close to all of the wonderful trails Red River Gorge has to offer. We will definitely be back.
This was a stellar location and property for us. Clean and well thought out accomodations with some very special highlights. Eclectic, bright, comfortable, conveniences all around. The wrap around porch and fire pit are of course beyond compare for us. A pleasure to stay in such a great place with our two dogs. Great experience all around. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks Glovers!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We did have a few ants come in and try to take over, but that is to be expected when your in a cabin in the mountains. The oil paintings are cool! There was however, some voodoo looking decorations that we could have done without, especially the tree stump in the upstairs bathroom. Very creepy! Overall was a great location and very relaxing. The fire pit and it's surroundings were amazing!
