« Good welcome at our arrival. First room that we are given, the room is open and upside down. The second room, problem with the access card, but the room is clean. We ask for a microwave because there is none in the room. The delay was one hour. The bed is comfortable, carpet on the floor. A first, to take a shower, you must follow the instructions. These are hidden by the shower curtain...quite incredible. »

« Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them.
This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. »
