I would not recommend this to anyone. The windows were falling apart. The heat was not turned on to the unit. There was a wood bar braving the front window

Stayed in cottage 25. This is a property in decline. I don’t think there is a clean window on the grounds. Furniture is worn out and very dated. Breakfast buffet is ok, nothing to write home about.

There was nothing to like. Terrible maintenance, room unfit for human habitation, ans extremely unpleasant and unhelpful front desk staff. Heating/cooling wouldn't work on auto. Have to manually turn on, off. Woke up several times to turn on or off. Heating unit panel twisted and separating. The window ledge outside had moss and mould growing on it. The paint was cracked and flaking off. Impossible to fully shut off bathtub tap. Kept running, small sream, constant. Rust and dirt at tub joint and door post beside tub. Toilet so close to the wall, you need to sit sideways to be able to reach behind you, and the toilet is unstable, rocks, and moves. Only one tissue dispenser on the entire room, and it is above the toilet. Closet space is a joke. The is a microwave stacked upon a fridge, and an ironing board in what was supposed to be the clothes closet. I made a list, took pictures, and offered to share it with management. The front desk attendant said they and management are already aware of the problems. I reserved a king room, but got queen room with 2 beds instead. I arrived late and tired, (guaranteed late arrival confirmed twice previously), but when I raised the issue with front desk next morning, I was asked to prove that I had reserved king room, which I did. They offered to move me to another room, queen, with one bed! It was the best they could do!!! What a horrible place, with matching staff. PICTURES STILL AVAILABLE!
