« Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues...

« The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

« I love to watch the river that runs by the inn and the ducks and geese. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. »

« The staff was rude each time I had a question or a genuine problem. I was constantly disrespected and treated like I was a problem! We are paying for this. The carpet was filthy and need to be clean or replaced, fan didn’t work in bathroom, poorly lit room, AC would not stay on, hot and humid in our room, musty odors in the room combined with a strong chemical smell, a surprise fee for parking, amenities misrepresented, mold in bathroom, we found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom ! No breakfast...

« My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pool & slide was the best part, the water temp was perfect. Breakfast was good. The beds need updating, wasnt too comfortable. Overall, Id definitely stay again for the warm pool! »
