Welcome to our cabin, Cozy Bear Cove! Only 1/2 mile to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge! The cabin has a covered front porch and a screened back porch to enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountain weather. There are 3 King bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The cabin can sleep 11 guests and has 2 full bathrooms with showers and a jacuzzi tub..

High speed Wi-Fi & Cable TV package ensures you stay connected during your stay in the mountains

The cabin is in a perfect location. Only 1/2 mile to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Anything you want to do is just minutes away including restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the National Park. You're even close enough to have pizza delivered :)

Cozy Bear Cove is the perfect cabin for you to book for your family and friends to enjoy. The roads and driveway are paved and very easy to navigate and not steep at all.

The cabin has NBA Jam & Golden Tee arcade games, Playstation 3 gaming system and games as well as DVD's, Board Games, and Yard Games like GIANT Checkers, GIANT Connect 4, Cornhole, Horseshoes and Spikeball. The hot tub is always clean, hot and inviting. For a perfect evening relax in the living room by the stone fireplace while the gas logs make the cabin warm and toasty.

There is a large charcoal grill and gas grill for you to use. The grilling area also has a stone firepit, comfortable adirondack chairs, and picnic table. The back porch is screened in has thick cushioned chairs and couch as well as rocking chairs. The front porch has a twin size bed swing and oversized rocking chairs.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, eating utensils, and several kitchen appliances including toaster, crock pot, and drip coffee maker. (BYO Coffee & Supplies)

As is customary in the Smoky's, the gas log fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1.

Cabin Safety: Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, nightime lighting

The hot tub is drained and cleaned after every guest.

Provided: Linens, towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher soap, pack n play, baby gate, high chair, hair dryer, starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels.

Not Provided: Shampoos, toiletries, condiments/spices, zip locks, coffee, charcoal

Pets: We promise all of our guests a pet free cabin and we strive to live up to our word. As a result, no pets are allowed.

No fires inside other than the gas logs. Examples (candles, incense, etc.)

Amazing cabin!
Upon arrival, clean and easy to check in! During the stay the owners reached out and helped with amaing places to eat, places to vist and some coupons to help our family keep the cost down! Owners were very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Cabin was exactly as described in the listing, conveniently located just off the strip, with plenty of places to shop and eat. Plan to book again when we return to pigeon forge!

Family Reunion
The cabin was cute and great. The only things that we were disappointed in was the upstairs did not have central air (didn’t say that it did in the listing but did mention A/C) so they had stand up units for each room. The only problem was they couldn’t keep up with the heat coming in during the day, especially on the south wall. So the rooms were very hot and stuffy. We tried leaving the doors open and then keeping them shut, but it didn’t seem to matter either way. We ended up leaving the house a night early due to the heat. The other thing wasnt huge, but the starter pack of laundry soap wasn’t to be found, and due to the heat we were all sweating a lot from being outside walking the town. So the stater pack would have gotten a load of laundry done for us. Again we ended up leaving early so it didn’t make sense to get laundry soap. They had a cute fire pit out back and a hot tub, but we didn’t use either one. There was a daybed swing on the front porch but it was lowered to the porch so you couldn’t swing on it. Other than the heat/ AC issue, everything else was as listed. It was about a few blocks from the main drive in Pigeon Forge so it was close to everything which was great!

Comfy cabin!
We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge. Our trip was centered around Dollywood and Splash Country. The proximity to these parks was awesome! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch swing. The beds were comfy and the cabin was just the right size for our family of 6 adults, 4 kids and an infant, since we spent most of our stay at the parks.

Place was very clean, and so close to the parkway. We were a short drive from everything we wanted to do during our stay. The host is very fast with responses and was wonderful with providing information for attractions. Our family definitely enjoyed our stay here and we were sad when check out came upon us. We stayed at this cabin, and it was very nice. The only issue we had was the fireplace wouldn't come on, so i messaged James through the vrbo app that night and he promptly had someone from maintenance to come out the next day to fix it. I would definitely book this cabin again.

This location is close to the action of Pigeon Forge but off the main drag where you have a bit of the house in the woods feel. Love the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. House is cozy and slept 6 people comfortably.

Nice home
Overall nice cabin, apartment complex across the street from the house. There are no closets upstairs to hang clothes and kinda cramped due to dresser, electronic games and stand alone A/C units. The owner was quick to respond to a few issues we had, only 5 wash cloths for a house that sleeps 8 so we were delivered another set of linens. The fireplace wouldn’t work so a tech was sent out and it worked for that night but didn’t the rest of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked except only 2 teaspoons in the cabin and we never received any additional ones. The cabin is very easy to find and not far at all off the main strip.

Great property close to the parkway. Property was clean and set up well with plenty of seating options. Fire pit was awesome, very comfortable and great size. NBA JAMS and Golden Tee golf games were great and so much fun. Owner James was one of the best I've ever dealt with. Communication was great, very helpful, and sent numerous suggestions and ideas of things to do and see. Would totally recommend this property and stay there again. Thank you James for everything!

First Family Vacation 2023 in 20 Yrs.
Overall stay was great! Neighborhood was lacking but not an issue. Nice cain! Owner was very pleasant & easy to work with! Very informative & timely! We don’t have anything negative to say at all. We were a little disappointed that it wasn’t in a more woody area but still that wasn’t an issue at all. It was very close and convenient to the town, stores , attractions etc. Our only critique would be for them to add night stands with drawers , more storage space for our things, closets with hangers, drawers etc.

Nice Rental!
This was a very nice rental for our group and we have no complaints. Two couples used this instead of the three couples we had planned upon. Two couples worked very nicely though I think three couples would have been a bit much given the bedroom layout. Additionally, the driveway had ample room for the car and pickup hauling mototcycles on trailers. Had we had the third couple with their truck and trailer, the driveway would have gotten pretty skinny. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great convenient location great communication with host. Basic maintenance problems with the house including dishwasher not fastened in so it would fall out of the counter, toilet seat was falling off and the outside lights came on during the day instead of at night. There were Oreos thrown between the bed and wall during a previous stay and missed by the cleaning crew. Very convenient to pigeon forge Pkwy, overall fixable minor issues, cool property overall.
