Located approximately 5 minutes away from the city limits, will save time and gasoline to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic provides for an leisurely evening walk or bicycle ride. Nap on the back deck or grill down by the waters edge. We have 2 bedrooms each with a king beds, flat screen TV's and private bathrooms for each. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and a large comfortable living. Could use some new mattresses, and both rooms felt like sleeping on springs. The hot tub wouldn’t get hotter after you get in it. Other problems were the need for better lighting on stairs and the lights underneath the house wouldn't come on. I absolutely LOVE how the house was decorated for Christmas (specifically the tree). I was able to put my kids presents under the tree and we open them on Christmas as if we were at our own home. Very clean, welcoming, and the owner, Rick was very communicative. When visiting Pigeon Forge in the summer, I will definitely stay here again! ##### Victoria B.
