The decor is modern but cozy. We had everything we wanted, esp with some help from Massimiliano. We had a wonderful stay there. Nov 10, 2015 #### Beautiful farmhouse in Tuscany! 2 couples rented the house for a week. Vanessa met us at the house, showed us around, recommended towns, restaurants etc. She is a gem!! She was also very helpful on email while we were in the planning stages. The house is beautifully decorated with 4 large bedrooms and lots of space. (I think the house sleeps 8-10). Note - There are stairs going up, but this wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed it. The view from the little balcony is priceless and the land in front, with the grape arbor, the bocce ball set, the barbecue is so beautiful and peaceful. A beautiful little spa town, Bagno Vignoni is 5k away and we enjoyed a few baths there! San Quirico d'Orcia is 7km away and has everything you need including great restaurants. We drove thru lots of villages each day - eating, walking, shopping. It was great to return to Vanessa's farmhouse each evening. We spent 4 weeks in Italy and think this was the highlight of the trip. We highly recommend Podere Osteria. ##### Marilyn F.
