Pickwick Landing State Park Tours and Activities

I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one. So I had to cover it with several sheets. No apology or compensation at all.

The stay was great, however we were advised of one amount to be charged, when my husband and I reviewed bank statement we were charged an additional $50, Noone is available to explain extra charges. Thanks, The Murrells
