"Smooth check in process. VERY cold refrigerator for Europe. Parking directly close to the room. Great and plenty of hot water. Good Wifi. Quiet room and very clean. A/C was horrible , really non-existent. Rooms seemed new. I also felt I was back in college, but that wasn't an issue. Elevator was a plus. I did not take the breakfast. Again my only complaint was no A/C, but it does cool down at night. I would return again if I was in the city. Dan"

"If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like it's in the center of everything, this is not that place. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "

"Four stars !! No way The bathroom was so small you ere basically standing in the shower to use wash basin. The place would struggle to be 3 stars. The sofa in the TV room was like a brick rock solid. The Bedroom was so small you could reach both walls from the bed. The apartment was very clean and basics were there but never again."

"This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious.
