"The people here are authentic and welcoming! The building, rooms and facilities are gorgeous! One of our most beautiful stays in our many trips to Italy "
"Jacopo and his family were super friendly, the restaurant is the best in Montepulciano and the views are breathtaking. If we come back we will stay at Osteria del Borgo again without a doubt. "
"A beautiful old hotel where we had a spacious comfortable room. Valentina was very helpful to us as a source of information, booking taxis, and recommending restaurants. Montepulciano was the most beautiful of all the various towns/cities we visited during our 2 week trip to Italy."
"I had a truly delightful stay at the hotel. It appeared to be family-run, and every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, radiating a genuine sense of warmth and happiness."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Historic yet updated with all features and amenities. Lovely staff provided great detail on otherwise tricky parking garage. Wish we had booked more than one night! Will return "
"We had a lovely stay. The room was large with great views from each side of the room. Breakfast was excellent with some items made to order. Service was outstanding. We would stay there again."
"We spent 12 days in Montepulciano on a cycling trip and the location was perfect. Located just a few steps from the main street in the Old City you have quick access to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites - not to mention a spectacular view of the Val D’Orcia valley to the east. Royce (owner) was attentive to all questions and requests. "
"Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation.
PS: do not enter the ZTL zone with car !"
