Forced to switch rooms twice, woken up every night

The aircon was broken in our first room, so we were sent to a different room. Hours later, when we had settled into the second room, we were suddenly told that we could not stay in that room for more than 2 days, then we had to switch again (we asked if we could just switch immidietly, so we could start unpacking, but that was not an option either, so we were forced to stay in 2 different rooms, even though we were only there for 8/9 nights). The second room was in very poor condition with huge holes in the bathroom wall and loose tiles laying around. Even though it sucked that we could not unpack for the first 2 nights, we thought it would be okay once we moved to the third room - we were wrong. Our third room was right next to the counter in the lobby and it had horrible sound isolation, meaning that every night, someone would ring the bell to the lobby or call the phone in the lobby and we would be woken up, as the staff took long to answer it (most nights we were woken up around midnight, but one night there was a phone call to the lobby as late as 2 am). Early the next morning the staff would arrive and they would talk very loudly to each other right outside the room, meaning we would also be woken up around 7-8 am every morning. We also contacted hotels.com immedietly the first night, so far we have been given no help.

Gute Lage

Das ruhige Guesthouse liegt 3 Min. zu Fuss vom Busterminal 1 und ca. 5 Min zu Fuss von Old Town Phuket entfernt. Der Rassada Pier ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 1 oder 2 Nächte kann ist es nur empfehlen.

Lovely staff and great rooms

This hotel was perfect for our little stay in Phuket. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were also super friendly and helpful!

The hotel was a great value! It was very convenient to travel around and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was also happy that they rent scooters, which was very convenient. The room was spotless and all the amenities worked perfectly fine. We also met a sweet, beautiful neighborhood ginger cat around there so this place will always be near and dear to us. I would absolutely come back when I visit the area again.

Very nice hotel for the night

Only stayed here one night as we were backpacking and it was more of a pit stop. Very nice hotel with everything we needed! For our short stay it was everything we needed.

Amazing Place with Great Price

Tee Pak Dee was an amazing place with such a reasonable price! Beyond the minor drawback of not offering breakfast, this hotel was absolutely delightful. If I’m ever back in Phuket town, this is where I’m heading!

Close to pier and friendly staff

Hotel is clean and really nice. Amazing deal for the price. We got it because we needed a place close to the pier to sleep at. Got here past their reception close time (midnight) but they waited for us with no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be close to the pier!

Great hotel for exploring Phuket town

We had very friendly and helpful service from the hotel staff. The bedroom was a good size and very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the design of the bathroom meant the whole thing flooded when we used the shower. Local area had everything we needed! Overall a good stay.

Good hotel in middle of Phuket city

It's really a good hotel in middle of city. We don't want to stay in crowded place like patong or kata beach. Room was spacious, clean, good WiFi. Overall good experience, also rent a motorbike to explore the area which is 250-300 baht per day.
