We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny.

We stayed at Jane heart for 4 night? with the beautiful will of Patong beach. The villa located at the hill side just 10 mins drive from the beach front. The staff very helpful and big thanks to the property manager that always be there when we need anything. If have chance we definitely comeback again.

very nice and spacious property set in Tri-Trang area, which is a bit out of the way from Patong Central. a bit dated in terms of the hardware, such as the deep cold pool and the old styled power points. Best part of the stay experience is the awesome service, particularly by manager Dean.

This was a lovely villa, just far enough away from the craziness of Patong beach, but close enough for getting into town. The manager was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this ‘resort’ to anyone.

Nice property, not so great location.
Nice big place for a big group. Easier if you are staying a longer period of time where you can really use the kitchen and plan your party. Not suitable for a short stay, and it is far from the beach and you need to call a cab that will cost around 250 baht to get to the beach each way. Dean the manager is excellent in making things right and helping whenever needed.

Our trip to Thailand was amazing! We stayed at Jirana Patong. The location was great! Near beaches and a short ride to Bangla Road. The Villa Manager, Dean, was an amazing host. Great recommendations, communication, and anything we needed he was there to assist the 6 of us. I would definitely stay and recommend staying at Jirana Patong when visiting Phuket, Thailand.

Great, clean villa! The manager is awesome.
The Villa is a great place for family. We stayed in chain select. Master bedroom upstairs with an amazing bedroom suite and bathroom. The main floor was the kitchen family room dining room and the swimming pool private. Downstairs were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really great facility. Dean the villa manager was absolutely amazing. He helped us to make reservations. He helped us to order fast food pizza online. He helped us to get to the local restaurant and Camille store. He is an absolute treasure and made staying at the Villa accolade experience. The Villa is about 20 to 25 minute walk from the beach. So it’s a bit far. We took Taxi‘s when I went to the beach. It cost about $10 USD each way. It’s quite hilly up and down to the beach. If there is a local pizza restaurant nearby that is terrific. Also a local convenience store to get waters sodas food etc. Overall an amazing village. Would be nice if it was a bit closer to the beach, but it was a great stay for us and Dean was absolutely the best manager.

An unforgettable experience
Our stay at Jirana was truly memorable partly because of the villa itself and the amazing views it offered of Patong Beach and the other amenities (pool, spacious rooms, etc) that were impeccably maintained by the courteous staff, but largely because of the tireless hospitality of the resort manager, Dean. From the moment we walked in to the hour we left, Dean had us covered-- his attention to detail ensured that we had the best transportation arranged to take us around (ask for Sakarin, the best driver on the island), and that our stomachs were filled with the best local fare--sumptuous and reasonably priced. Dean and his staff made sure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and, though we've been to Phuket several times before, we will not hesitate to stay at Jirana on all our future visits! A very positive experience all around!

Wonderful vacation
The location is convenient to go to Patong in around 10-15 mins. The view of room is amazing that you can see the whole Patong beach. We appreciate all the support and arrangement from manager, Dean. We would definitely come back and recommend for everyone.

Great place to stay for family.
The service standard and the manager Dean make this a wonderful stay for the family. The view over looking the sea and Patong city is great. Is a bit out of the way but with a taxi trip or a ride out by Dean who go the extra mile to bring us to town make it less of an issue and good to be away from the noise of the main area as well. Dean also recommended us to restaurant number 6 for authentic Thai food. Overall is a place I highly recommended!

Surreal. Amazing. Unimaginable.
To start I like to thank the Villa Manager Dean. He is a caring thoughtful person. He was there anytime we needed him. He is polite and understanding of any request. We all ended up considering him more of a friend by the end of the trip. The villa itself took our breath away. Amazing views of the sea. Perfect size pool, great living space and spacious bedrooms with ensuite. The villa is extremely clean and gets cleaned every day. Location is perfect to enjoy seclusion yet be close to Bangla Road. We will definitely stay at this villa again if we ever go back to Phuket.

They treat you like royalty.
I've stayed at many resorts and hotels, but Dean the manager there has made this my most memorable stay. He went out of his ways to meet my family needs. He is amazing. Although the villa is a little bit tucked away and alot of taxis didn't like taking us there it is worth it. It's still close to everything, a 5 minute drive to patong beach. The villa is very nice and clean. I would reccomend anyone who's planning to travel to patong to stay here . They even cooked us breakfast on the last day there .

Amazing experience at Jirana Patong
My friends and I stayed in the Baby Jane villa. We all had an AMAZING time! I could write a 10 page review about how dope and beautiful this villa was. How convenient the location was. The gorgeous view from the balcony. The washer and other amenities that came with the room. Y'all can see the pictures already though! What I really want to express is the OUTSTANDING service provided by the host Dean. This man goes above and beyond for his guests. We arrived and he immediately bought us down a six pack while he broke down the villa policies. He scheduled all of our activities and got us amazing discounts (like half off or more of an original price)! We were super needy all the time but he always made sure to respond quickly to our texts and ordered food for us with no fuss. Dean was kind enough to give us several rides to help us familiarize ourselves with the area. Even my grouchiest friend was impressed and moved by Dean's selfless professional service. THIS MAN NEEDS A PROMOTION Y'ALL! He really made us comfortable and the place feel like a second home in paradise. When we come back we will be staying at Jirana Patong again!!!

Big Villa with Big Private Pool
It was an amazing experience for me and my group of friends to hang out in this villa. The host (Dean) is more than accommodating, acceding to most of our request in terms of helping us understand the local area, where to get transport, food and almost everything you will need when you are out in a foreign country. Dean speaks perfect english so if you can speak english, language will not be an issue However, the fun part was cut short as we were being told that we are too loud and was being told off twice before we had to cut the night short and ended at 11:30pm. We thought that by booking a whole villa to a group of 8 pax is good for us to really enjoy ourselves but only to be told off by the security guard in a rather rude manner. But overall, this is one of the best villas you can find in Phuket! :)

Superb place and hospitality! Worth every penny!!
We have 3 couples travelled together and stayed at Jane Favourite for 4 nights, the stay is AMAZING! And of course 4 nights are not enough!! We are very impressed with the hospitality and the location of the villa which is only 10 mins drive from Patong beach. The villa manager, Dean, did a superb job and much more than we asked for! Whenever we had enquiries or we needed a ride, he responded instantly. For instance, he came to pick us up when no taxi were available, offered to bring our groceries back to the villa and put everything in place! We were deeply touched by this! When we hired a car, he also planned for us the routes that work best. Dean made our stay very pleasant and relaxed, as we know we were being very well taken care of! We are definitely coming back!

Peaceful villas
We travelled in six for three nights and the villas (Jane Choice) is just superb. It wouldn't have been fantastic if it wasn't for the manager there. His name is Dean and he is an absolutely amazing guy with his friendly and helpful attitude even after his working hours. Dean will do his best with all our requests and never let us down. Here, we would like to applaud for the services rendered by Dean. Jirana is located uphill after passing by Patong beach and this is a great place for peace and serene nights away from ever crowded Patong town area. As for foods, it's a bit tricky as Jirana do not serve foods at the villas but they do offer assistance in foods delivery service if needed. For us, we will just eat at the town after Dean arranged cab from villa to town for us. As for minimarts, there is one nearby the villa with 15 minutes walk up the steep hill. For those who like to cook, good news as the villas are equipped with cutlery to satisfy your cooking desire. Overall, a pleasant stay and thumbs up to Dean and his team for all round services provided to all guests.

Fabulous villa with Magnificent view
Stayed in Jane Eyes, which is a four-room villa with a spectacular view of Patong bay. My family of 8, including my 8-month year old boy truly enjoyed ourselves and didn't feel like leaving the villa. The service provided by Deen, who is the property manager was really great and i could call him at any time with any query or assistance. There were cleaners everyday for the villa and the pool and they were very friendly as well. They even provided the high chair and baby crib for my kid. Overall, i will surely return with my family to experience the comfort of Jirana again.

Verstehe die vorigen Bewertungen nicht. Die Unterkunft ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und alles ziemlich abgenutzt. Hatte eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung für 6 Erwachsene gebucht. Hier darf dann nur ein Kleinkind mit Übernachten. Geländer an der Terrasse ist nichts für Kinder, es ist im Bereich des Pools nicht vorhanden.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, nette Gastgeberin die immer auf Wünsche eingeht und ihr bestes gibt sie umzusetzen. Es ist etwas abgelegen oben am Hügel aber das stört nicht denn man hat oben alles was man braucht und kann essen auch liefern lassen wenn man keine Lust hat raus zu gehen. Wir sind einmal zu Fuß gegangen in die walking street, runter haben wir 15 min gebraucht hoch hatten wir nie Lust ;) Taxis in die Walking Street 300 baht (einfach) Paradise beach 10 min fahrt 600 baht hin und zurück. Die Unterkunft könnte mal ein bisschen erneuert werden hier und da vorallem der Boden und die Couch in der Baby Jane haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wo ich positiv überrascht war das in der Baby Jane stand 1 Badezimmer letztendlich aber doch 2 waren. Im großen und ganzen würd ich es wieder buchen. Lg
