Only a 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, golf, casinos, hiking, biking, resorts, restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. All Scottsdale has to offer at your doorstep!!! TPT: 21401312, P# STR-00005L The space This vacation rental is truly one of a kind. When you walk in the front door you will enter into the spacious living room, perfect for entertaining. The living room was has a large sectional sofa and plenty of seating for large groups and a large smart TV. The formal dining has seating for 10\. Staying for dinner? The generous and well equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. All bedrooms (per guests) have very comfortable queen size beds, one bedroom has a very comfortable full size bed. Bedrooms one and two each have queen beds with smart TV's with attached en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, smart TV's, with attached en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 has 1 queen bed with 2 automatic inflatable queen air mattresses in the closet that can be used throughout the house. Bedroom 6 has a full bed. Both Bedroom 5 and 6 share the 5th full bathroom with walk in shower. The resort backyard is complete with a large swimming pool, built in BBQ gas grill, fireplace and 3 fully furnished patio areas. Enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor dining table while soaking in the magnificent 360 degree mountain views of Camelback, Piestawa and Mummy mountains. Stay here for a truly unforgettable experience!!! Guest access When you arrive park your car in front of the house on the eastern most side of the property on the brown gravel drive. If there are more than 3 cars staying on property during your stay, please let us know so we can approve. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We can provide the following extra amenities at a fee to ensure your convenience and comfort: \* POOL HEAT - Set to approximately 80 degrees. $150 per day - PLEASE NOTE - we can only heat the pool for your entire stay, from day of check in through day prior to your checkout day. A separate payment request ($150 times the number of nights booked) will be sent to facilitate this. Notice and payment for the pool heat must be made one week prior to arrival date. \* Early Check-in & Check-out. (if available) $250 per check in or late check out. Heped us with grocery stores restaurants and anything we had questions about. Checked in with us by text the next day just to check on us. He was very easily accessible all week !! Didn’t need him for anything but he is so nice I text him here and there during the week.The house was wonderful. Two master suites on one side and other bedrooms across the house. Everything was very clean. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled which was great to not have to find everything. Coffee filters and start up coffee and waters in the refrigerator were so nice. Spices and some condiments in the refrigerator were nice if you plan on cooking . We did not cook and spent most of our time outdoors. We love the table that was on the outside patio that was covered. Plenty of seating by the poool. Only thing I told Kevin about is that an umbrella would be nice by the pool due to the intense sun but there is covered area up on the porch. The pictures are what it is. It’s a beautiful property. We stayed there with only two of us but there is plenty of room, seating everywhere and beds for lots of people!! We definitely will be back!!
