The third floor is a semi-loft that might not be for everyone. The mattresses are ready to be replaced and the second-floor bathroom needs a towel rack on the wall. Within easy walking distance of a great choice of restaurants and other businesses. Great to have the garage to park in, and not worry about finding a place on the street. My daughter and I stayed in this townhouse while she was visiting ASU and I was working in Phoenix. It was a perfect spot for us! The home was extremely quiet -- I am super picky about noise and really appreciated the calm. The only thing we ever heard from inside the townhouse were a few planes flying overhead but that stopped by 10 PM. The home was also extremely clean -- and again, I am really picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor was beautiful. Mike was really great with communication. He even left his remote control for the garage door so that we didn't have to fiddle with the codes. An easy walk to some great restaurants -- we loved the Perfect Pair just down the street and also loved El Pollo Supremo around the corner. (El Pollo Supremo was great for take out!) Thanks Mike for a great stay. If my daughter chooses ASU or work brings me to Phoenix again we will definitely want to stay here again. (We also appreciated the beautiful weather!) ##### Linda L.
