Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure all doors and windows are locked and the garage remote is put back.

Please pile used towels in the bathroom, not on any rugs.

The outdoor trash and recycling bins are to the left of the garage if facing the garage, kindly take out the trash and recycling at check out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If guests would like the pool heated, they must let the host know prior to the stay and pay $40/day pool heating fee for their stay.
