Could use some updated furniture (main bedroom dresser was small and bottom drawer opened with the middle drawer) and a few maintenance fixes. Like some kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, a little wonky. Inside cabinet where garbage can was could use some cleaning. The only thing I would be aware of is the additional insurance policy to purchase. After checking out I received an email stating that an insurance claim was filed in regard to the couch which was apparently ripped. When I asked about this, I was sent a photo of a rip on a cushion. The cushion was not the cushions that were on the couch in the unit. So, my advice would be to take photos of property before and after staying there. Torey was very quick to respond to any and all questions as well as a couple of issues we had. Unfortunately the hot tub that is within walking distance to the unit was not working during our stay. Torey was one of the best and fastest facility managers we’ve ever had on VRBO. Super helpful when needed. Quiet area. Everything was as stated. We had an issue with the entry, but Torey had us in within minutes of contact. A couple windows were u locked, but closed so no issues. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. 115 degrees during the day but we hit the pool about 9am and enjoyed a couple hours each day. The pool was clean and not too hot. We’d be interested in staying at any property managed by Torey in the Phoenix metro when we come back to visit family again soon. ##### Brent P. The property was very close to the 101 and took us only minutes to reach or family. The place was clean, great new appliances and I liked using the new combo washer/dryer. Even though it was early April, we swam in the pool and hot tub which were clean and well maintained. These was also an assigned covered parking space. Torey was very responsive during the check in and check out processes and any other time we needed him. We would definitely book this place again. ##### Joe Q.
