I chose this hotel because I heard Scottsdale was a nicer area. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were soft, the area was quiet, and the value for what we paid was awesome. I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast! I ate waffles every morning 😋

Very comfortable beds, and a nice room, but only a pull down window shade-no curtains so too much light coming into the room from streetlights. Tub didn’t drain properly so was ankle deep in water while showering.

The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was much better than I expected based on the room condition. The room was average. One of the beds needed a new mattress (higher on one side). Bathroom was sketchy. Tub needed re-caulked (was cracked) and the toilet paper holder was missing but the holes were still there. Small sink drain became plugged for some reason. Full fridge was a nice feature.

Part of this place is a motel. The 3rd floor inside is a hotel. There’s a noticeable difference between the two areas. My room was really nice and clean. The bed was like a cloud. Lots of pillows. Everything was clean in the bathroom and good toiletries in the shower. I only had breakfast on my way out the door, but it looked like the hot breakfast was good -Eggs and bacon, etc. Most notable was the evening desk clerk. I was having trouble with my credit card and he was so amazing and helpful. Thank you, Vincent!

I booked knowing SureStay Plus was a 2-star hotel, so my expectations walking in were just that. The room we had, a king suite, was generously sized and very clean. All the staff we encountered were very knowledgeable and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in working at SureStay Plus. We're not breakfast people so I didn't actually try the breakfast, but I did have a look. The breakfast seemed more than adequate with a number of options to choose from. One thing that's important to me when I travel is a gym. The gym on property was small but adequate. It had a treadmill, elliptical and some free weights. Both cardio machines were in great condition and worked well. The pool area looked clean and well-maintained. Another plus was location. I didn't hear many air traffic like others complained about. I liked being within walking distance to a Starbucks and a sports bar to take in a late night meal and adult beverage after being out and about all day. I rated the property condition and facilities a 4 only because there were some things that didn't work, that I would expect to be maintained. The first was the security door to the 3rd level, the locking mechanism didn't work so anyone could easily access the floor. Second was the ice machine that didn't work. If you book at SureStay Plus and expect what is typical of a 2-stay hotel (i.e., older buildings which can appear run-down and noisy) then you won't be disappointed.

Extremely noisy guests when our family visited, was not suitable for business travelers or children. Extreme smoke smells throughout hallways. Staff does what minimally they can, but it falls well short of what is really needed. Outdated facilities and bare bones furnishings. Bedside lamp bolted to wall to prevent theft, shower only partly enclosed, etc. Decent location. Nice staff.

NOTHING like the picture, terrible staff. incompetence is what they are described as. My friend who was staying with us has ASTHMA and they did not cared, the room was FULL of dust, dirty terrible smell in the hallways and UNSAFE. first night she couldn’t sleep, asked to switch rooms and it was exactly same thing. next day she did NOT slept there we did early checkout and they are not giving us a refund, not even partial refund. my stay was supposed to be for 4 days, ended up staying just 1 of how AWFUL experience it was. i DEMAND partial or total refund for such a terrible experience related with Health Issues.

Everything was clean. One of our rooms you couldn’t take a shower without getting water all over. It was walkin. Bathrooms are very small. One of our rooms no coffee maker, but there was coffee lol. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. If on a budget this motel would be fine.

It's an OK stay. Elevators are kind of gross and the housekeeping staff wants to clean at 8:30 a.m., so you have to roll out of bed if you need towels, soap, etc

I didn’t stay at all, the property was very dirty, room it was clean, but honestly not just the rooms needed to be remodeled but the whole property needs to be remodeled and clean

The room #323 is the worse to be in as your window view is the NOISY entrance from elevator and a vending machine. Even though you have a blind and curtains, the room is very well light during the night as very bright lights out by elevator and vending are shiny in room! This room should be a storage room!

We always stay here for personal medical reasons, closeness to both Mayo Clinics. The rooms are clean and it's quiet. The property is right next to a little shopping mall. Trash and cigarette buts on the mall side of the property. Not all the hotels fault because there is foot and car traffic.
