Stunning Heated Pool +Game Room +Great Location

Welcome to this Arizona paradise! Find everything you would want for your stay here, including a backyard set up for entertaining. Here you'll find a stunning heated pool with a built in bbq grill; add some cool drinks and your friends and you'll be relaxing in no time! Move inside to watch some tv, play games, or challenge someone to pool. With a lively downtown, Top Golf, and shopping close by, whatever your reason for coming, we're sure that you'll find a great time & leave with some new memories!

Master suite located on main floor, game room, outdoor kitchen, private pool

Guests have access to the entire house and property. There is a locked closet in the entry way and master bathroom that contains extra supplies and the owners personal items.

Pool cleaners come every Tuesday, landscapers come every other Wednesday, garbage & recycling are taken out by a company. Pool is heated in October to May or as needed. Guests will be notified of any changes.

Aviary getaway

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay. The outdoor area was perfect for our family and enjoyed the pool table inside, as well.

The property was beautiful. However the grill was dirty with an old hamburger on it. So we were not able to cook outside. The pool was not clean enough to sw in. The inside house was great.

Bridesmaids wedding preparation

The bridesmaids stayed rehearsal night and did their hair and makeup wedding day. It was the perfect location. The wedding dress hung easily in the downstairs walk in closet. It was the perfect location.

Ryan was very accommodating to me He allowed us an early check-in, which helped the great deal. The house was beautiful. The backyard was magical. It had everything we needed! It was clean. It was updated. It was like being at home. It was close to everything.

We had a great time and found the space to be exactly what we were looking for. We used the pool everyday. We paid to have it heated and it was well worth it. We would definitely react again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful home. Great location

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is welcoming, clean, and felt like home. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a beautiful short walk in to downtown Gilbert. We had flight issues and the host was more than accommodating. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely book this house again. The back yard was a dream I would love to stay again when the weather warms up a little.
