Young lady at check in didn’t answer when I said “hello”, just asked me my last name. Didn’t ask how many room keys I wanted (gave me one key), didn’t tell me breakfast or check out times. Never smiled, didn’t say “enjoy your stay”. Customer-facing is not her vocation. Room itself was pretty nice but glad we weren’t relying on the kitchen amenities for our stay. There was one coffee cup, one fork, one spoon, one large knife, 2 drinking glasses, 2 bowls, 2 small plates, no pots, pans or other utensils.

The hotel stay was prepaid thru well known travel website. However, the hotel front desk double billed anyway. When I called the hotel front desk I was told to call back later to speak with a manager. My problem was resolved by the calling travel agency not the hotel.

nice location with lots of shopping and restaurants near. Property needs more trees or coverage around pool area and breakfast area was always out of a lot of juices, pancakes, etc. Not a very good breakfast area

Stay away from this property. We drove 8hr LA to Tempe on Friday. As soon as we arrived (midnight )to this hotel, there were 2 ladies fighting right at the entrance. Security person called the cop. We checked in to our room and it was hot. Thought may be it was hot in daytime so the room is hot. Cranked up the AC and waited 20min and still the thermostat showed 85degree for room temperature. Called the front desk and they said they cannot do much till morning 6am,no portable ac , no room available. I did mention we have a year old son with us still no sympathy and no sorry. Luckily we booked through expedia. Called the customer care and they were able to find another property for us. It was 3 am in morning by that time. Went to front desk to drop the keys. Still this person didn’t had any sympathy for the situation and no sorry as well. Poor customer service. Btw remember the fight??? By this time there were 3 cop cars. Good that we moved out from here. I would not recommend anyone to stay here , specially when traveling with kids. Night can get sketchy.

We enjoyed that this property was quiet and low traffic with regard to it not being very busy. However, the continental breakfast, all three days we were there, was AWFUL. Not only was it not put out on time, the food was obviously used from previous days, only half of what was advertised was put out, the juice machine was broken, the pancake machine was broken, and the only thing safe to eat seemed to be the muffins. It was very disappointing and dirty. My daughter got sick after putting some sort of hot-sauce on her food that looked like no one has been washing the container and the sauce seems to just be put out constantly then refrigerated again. It was gross. Same with the milk.

There was a hot breakfast every morning and there was only one woman working. She did a great job! The front desk Staff were helpful and kind and accommodated my late checkout. They also helped with directions. I loved the room and the kitchen to prepare meals. Centrally located for where I wanted to be and easily walkable to the oasis waterpark.

Let’s see.. you need to enforce the pets policy because it was so much dog feces by where we stayed. It was ridiculous. You literally had to watch where you were walking and the lighting around there is horrible. You can be attacked anytime right there because it’s so dark in that area. Other than that, everything else was OK would I stay at your facility again? I probably would. It wasn’t bad like that. It was just like the issues with the dog feces and the lighting around the property. It needs to be improved. It’s not safe at all.

Cool setup for the rooms basically looking like apartments, overall the area was kept nice and parking is easy. The room itself, while over all nice and clean in some areas, were lacking in others. The bathroom still had remnants of hair and such littered throughout and stuff wasn’t always scrubbed or wiped down. Some small bugs did fly out of the bathroom vent at one point, so a bit wonky with the duct work but it wasn’t enough to deter the stay. Staff was great, friendly and precise.

The customer service was exceptional! I checked in at the property at 1.30 am and I informed the front desk that I would be checking out at 6.30 am. I was told that the breakfast would be available at 7.00 am. When I told the receptionist that I have a sightseeing tour booked at 6.45 and so I will have to skip the breakfast, she said that she will try to see if anything could be made available earlier, and to my pleasant surprise she had a breakfast pack, with bread jam, muffins, fruits and water kept ready for me when I came to check out at 6.30 am. I would like to appreciate the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the representative, Leah J.

This hotel was perfect and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier, we stayed in a two bedroom and it was super spacious and had two bathrooms. Worked well for our family giving everyone a little more privacy than a regular hotel room. Breakfast was very good!

There was no housekeeping for the entirety of my stay of 5 days. The trash was not taken out nor my towels/toiletries refreshed. Spoke to the front desk too but each time the simply apologized and ignored my request. I choose this hotel as breakfast was included, however for half of my stay they were out of breakfast 30 mins prior to end time. Even coffee/creamer was not refilled citing machine is not working. I spotted multiple cockroaches in the kitchen area during my stay. My socks soiled as I walk across the carpet. I did not have a pleasant stay and do NOT recommend this hotel.

It was fine for what we needed. Room was big but floors sticky. Staff was great! Breakfast was so so.

We wre there 21 days and only had the place cleaned once. We were told at checkin that if we requested a cleaning it would be done the next day, never happened. Breakfast was supposed to be provided. On several days there was no bread for toast, no milk for cereal and no forks to eat with. If you questioned it they said they were out. There was a large grocery store just down the road.

While the property was nice, we arrived at 4:00pm and was told that they were completely booked and that our room wasn't ready. We left and literally got across the street and our phone rang saying our room was ready. Aside from that and finding disgusting mattresses while checking for bed bugs (no, there were none), the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were cordial. And yes we would stay there again. I rated the room as avg. as our room was in need of remodeling.
