Young lady at check in didn’t answer when I said “hello”, just asked me my last name. Didn’t ask how many room keys I wanted (gave me one key), didn’t tell me breakfast or check out times. Never smiled, didn’t say “enjoy your stay”. Customer-facing is not her vocation.
Room itself was pretty nice but glad we weren’t relying on the kitchen amenities for our stay. There was one coffee cup, one fork, one spoon, one large knife, 2 drinking glasses, 2 bowls, 2 small plates, no pots, pans or other utensils.
