Everyone was super nice, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom pocket door, it would have been easier to use with a handle.

Despite being located on a mall and shopping property, it was quiet, and safe. You could walk or drive to walmart best buy, sit down resturants or fast food, and there is a full mall with stores like kohls, jc penney etc

Good proximity to restaurants (walkable). Not sure if the shopping mall is operational- we were there only from about 6 till early morning.

Have stayed here numerous times but this time was very disappointing. Room was dirty and dark as well as toilet. Housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 9 am
When check out wasn’t till 11. For 500$ a night was not worth it. Would rather have slept in my car

Just ok. The room was decent, clean and somewhat updated. Really wanted to unwind after traveling all day by watching some tv but this was very frustrating. Upon arrival tv would not switch to cable. The man at the front desk had to come up and reset everything. Got the cable working, but as soon as he left I found that the remote would randomly quit working about every 30 seconds. I gave up on tv and decided to go to bed early. The bed was fine but every time the people in the room above me moved it sounded like someone was about to fall through the ceiling. Ultimately these aren't necessarily major issues for a hotel as they are common problems, but based on the rating I guess I expected better.

The price was double what it should be for the quality of the motel. It was the worst I've seen in quite some time and the staff were completely inflexible for upgrades or extra accommodations for elderly guests. My 87-year-old parents just needed an hour or two later check out and they absolutely would not budge. The motel was barely half full so it was not a capacity issue. Instead of letting them have one extra hour to check out my parents had to book another whole night just for a little bit of extra time. Horrible service, no amenities, very uncomfortable beds and bedding, along with a strange smell. Zero stars, do not recommend

First got a room someone had smoked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They gave me another room quickly and it was much better. However, room was next to the pool and although pool hours ended at 10 pm I did not complain as families were having fun, but next time I would request a room away from the pool. And the breakfast area was too crowded so did not enoy or participate in the continental breakfast.

The property in general was pretty good. My bathroom was warn and dingy. Looked like it could have used a good scrubbing in tub/shower. My friend had stayed there and the upstairs had been renovated so maybe they haven’t gotten to the first floor yet.

Very clean. Easy access to all shopping and the highway. Only thing, 2 Best Westerns in the same vicinity so make sure you go to the correct one.

It was clean and seemed to be maintained well. They could use a second elevator for as many visitors as they have come. It seemed our bathroom had been remodeled recently. We loved the new shower. They could also use more parking for as many visitors as they have. We were able to find a spot on the lot. I enjoyed visiting with the staff some. They were very personable.

Very convenient to the Mesa communities and amenities if you have a car. Everything ok for a basic aging hotel. Didn’t go to the mall but looked deserted.

Felt very uncomfortable entering premises with group of men talking in shadows on one side of property, and 2 less-than-glowing representatives (guests?)) of the property standing, smoking right outside of entrance.
