I just don’t see the value in automated property management. It’s impersonal, and if your busy and not familiar with it, after a long day it’s miserable to try and figure out. Parking garage is confusing because it says second floor but when you want to confirm so you don’t come to a tower vehicle…no one around.
It was a nice room but it was no different than a sonesta suites without any of the customer service. Can’t get extra towels, can’t confirm parking, several different codes at several different boxes, no one to ask for help. Iron was missing and I had a presentation, so that stinks.
Just another impersonal experience from an increasingly impersonal world. Just sucks. Won’t stay there again.
