MCM gem w/mountain/desert/city views that will take your breath away. The home features unique architecture located in a community that will not disappoint. Impeccably maintained 3bds/2ba of pure comfort. (3rd bd is set up as a King or can be configured into 2 Twin beds if you prefer. )The beautifully landscaped backyard is perfect for entertaining/relaxing. Pool, 5 hole putting green outdoor fireplace top off this resort style property. The space Inside and out you will experience a fluid floor plan with organic curves that are hallmark to the era and style. The home has been thoughtfully updated for comfort while embracing the mid century modern feel. The home has subtle lighting features throughout that add the something special to create a custom feeling like no other. With oversized windows throughout you will have a stunning view from any room in the house. The front of the home faces North Mt and the sunrises are awe-inspiring. The back of the house is all about resort style living. From the beautiful manicured landscaping, to the pool with a beautiful water feature the property will not disappoint. Pool can be heated (inquire about pricing). Water temp will vary between 83-85\. Pool equipment is monitored; fines will be incurred if equipment is tampered with. Outside temps will affect the water temp. Note that the water feature will not run during the period that the pool heater is on to ensure the pool temperature stays level. And just when you think the beauty of the day was enough, the sun goes down, and the tastefully done landscape lighting will transport you into a truly magical place. If you feel inspired, the backyard has an awesome outdoor fireplace area where you can sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you prefer to sit around a fire table instead, we have that as well. In the event you'd rather entertain yourself, go ahead and enjoy the custom putting green with 5 holes of challenges. Or how about a friendly (or competitive) game of corn hole? We have that too! With awesome hiking a stone's throw away and views that will leave you in awe. You are sure to leave us fully recharged! We are centrally located. Sky Harbor Airport is just 20 mins away. Great restaurants, golf and entertainment are all nearby. Guest access No need to share anything!! You will have full and private access to our home and property for your enjoyment. Other things to note Our home can accommodate up to 8 -10 people (additional fees for over 6 guests). The family room has a sofa sleeper with Queen size memory foam mattress. We have an air mattress that fits perfectly between the living room sectional to add an additional sleeping area. Please note that this is the only living room so be mindful that this set up will make using this room difficult unless you plan to move the mattress after use. We are NOT a party house but we realize the need for additional bedding for larger families. \* Note that our home was built in the early 70's and is a true Mid Century Modern home. There are a few areas within the house that have a small step down into other rooms. For your safety I am disclosing those areas: 1) there is a small step from the garage area hallway into the kitchen. 2) There is a step down into the living room from both sides, one from the dining room into the living room and one from the front door area hallway into the living room. 3)The last is a step down from the upper area of the primary bedroom into the sleeping area. We have tried to identify these areas with signs or mats however guests sometime remove them and we cannot be held responsible for their removal. My family and I stayed at this property for a work trip and tacked on some relaxation. The house was fantastic- pictures actually do not do it justice. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, overall a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect for us given the work duties and Carol was so responsive to all questions. There was even accessories to make the stay with the baby more comfortable, and it was the best stocked kitchen we could have hoped for. We also enjoyed some of the nearby hiking trails and close proximity to shopping. If we have future travels that bring us to the area will definitely stay here again! ##### Katherine S.
