Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51\. PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2\. PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is perfect. I’ve rented a lot of houses in the area and this is by far the best one yet. It is extremely clean. It has all the extras you need in the kitchen. It’s roomy and very comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of pride into their home and making their guests feel comfortable, and that is extremely appreciated. We will definitely be renting this house again. ##### Sue W.
