GREAT Tempe location! Warm and inviting! Split floorplan with Primary bedroom on one side for privacy. Open floorplan with a large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room. Enjoy swimming w/delightful seating areas and BBQ. Fabulous grassy front yard with a large orange tree that can pick up during the winter months. SUPER private! Perfect for family gatherings, both inside and out. Close to shopping, freeways and ASU! We support equality!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Centrally located in Tempe, this home offers quick and easy access to major roads and freeways, including the US-60, Loop 101, and I-10—making travel to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Mesa simple and convenient. Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, and downtown Tempe are just a short drive away.  
  
While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, having a car is recommended for the most flexibility during your stay. The property includes a private driveway and garage for parking, with additional free street parking nearby—making getting around hassle-free.

\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.   
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)  
  
Swimming pool is heated and heater is set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may not reach the 85 degrees desired temperature.
