Mar 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Highly recommend this house and owner My friends and I (all over 40 years of age) have been renting VRBO houses around the country multiple times a year for our golf trips since 2021, and this easily was one of the best experiences we've had. We couldn't beat the location with plenty of golf courses, shops and restaurants in the area. The house itself was the perfect size for six adult men. All the products inside are up to date and the house was spotless when we arrive. The house only has five beds, but the owner Brenda went out of her way to have a queen size air mattress blown up in the room. The person who slept on it said he slept great on it. And speaking of Brenda, her communication was off the chart from the moment I booked the house back in December 2023 for our March 2024 stay. She consistently emailed or texted to keep us up to date on things, and she promptly responded to any questions I had. My family and I like to visit to the Phoenix/Scottsdale location often. The owner, Brenda, provided all the essentials and more. There even was a first aid kit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the pool. Nicely decorated and the pictures are truly accurate. Spacious, new, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, well stocked kitchen. Easy access to airport. Host went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had a great time. When we contacted the host she responded very quickly. Our plane was early and we were able to check in early which was a big help. We were in town for a wedding and on our flight I mentioned that I forgot the wedding card. On the counter was a beautiful wedding card just in case we forgot ours. We also mentioned we were going to take in a Spring Training game and she printed off the schedule for us. The home was luxurious and I loved the outdoor area. It was cooler when we stayed but I enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool. This was the perfect place to stay and an incredible experience all around. ##### Kody K.
