Heating both the pool and the spa combo can be requested for a total cost of $50/reservation night October through April and we heat the pool to a weather dependent 83 degrees. It does take up to 48 hours to warm and because of this we cannot heat the pool for only part of a stay. Open concept space with quartz countertops, accordion kitchen window that opens fully to outdoor bar top. Kid friendly with pack 'n play, high chair. In warmer months, the house can be cooled to 72 degrees. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind or service animals due to health issues of our family members that stay at the property from time to time. Our cleaners leave two rolls of paper towel, 5 trash bags, 10 dishwasher pods, 10 laundry pods, and 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Linens, towels, beach towels are provided. From mid June through mid September Phoenix has a monsoon season (for real!). These storms roll through quickly but can bring very strong winds, rains and dust that can cause debris and leaves to get into the pool. Not much to do outside , this place allowed us to swim and plenty of room to play games and reminisce with family .
