- This 1800 sqft retreat home is located in the Sunland Village 55+ community in Mesa. Quiet neighborhood. Pool access available. Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Pickleball, tennis courts, and golf are among the favorites. Fishing lake and Emergency Services in the neighborhood. Close to hospitals and treatment centers. Relaxing patios in front & back.
Located 15 - 25 minutes from Downtown Mesa, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training facilities, Phoenix Open, and hospitals / treatment centers.
At least one guest must be 55+ years of age in order to rent. No Smoking inside, No RV's or trailers, and No more than 3 pets allowed by HOA CC&R.
