PRIVATE OASIS with heated swimming pool! This updated home has the most surprising and extraordinary backyard. Nice appointed home with all the necessities included. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private desk/office space. well stocked kitchen, comfortable living & dining room, 2 car garage attached & the most amazing private backyard. The home includes a heated pool from November to April at no charge to guests. Wifi, smart TV's, outdoor grill. We support equality!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.   
  
This home is located in a peaceful North Phoenix neighborhood known for its family-friendly atmosphere and convenient access to the best of the city. Surrounded by quiet streets and well-kept homes, the area offers a relaxing residential vibe while still being close to shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby hiking and biking trails, including those at Lookout Mountain Preserve and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. With easy access to Loop 101 and State Route 51, you're just a short drive from Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and Sky Harbor Airport—making this an ideal home base for exploring the Valley.  
  
Guests can enjoy a smooth and contactless check-in experience using the smart lock system. A personalized access code will be provided before arrival, giving you secure keyless entry to the home. You'll have full access to the entire property, including the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, and outdoor space. The home also features private driveway parking, with additional street parking available. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible to accommodate your travel plans.  
  
This cozy and well-appointed home comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, featuring 2 inviting bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family members. The open-concept living area offers a comfy sofa, smart TV, and a dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for home-cooked meals. You'll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and a peaceful outdoor patio or yard space for relaxing in the Arizona sunshine. Driveway and street parking are available for your convenience.  
  
The home offers easy access to major roadways like Loop 101 and State Route 51, making it simple to reach downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas. Having a car is recommended for the most convenience, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Public transit is also accessible nearby, with Valley Metro bus routes connecting you to shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're here for work or play, getting around is hassle-free.  
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.  
  
Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.  
\-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.   
\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.   
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
 \-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)  
  
Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.
