My family was able to visit me twice during that time, and the house was absolutely perfect for all of us. It was very well stocked and maintained, and we had everything we needed. This was easily one of the best properties we have rented in our semi-annual trips to AZ. It was incredibly clean, new and modern; loved the decor! We had a small issue with getting the correct door code upon check-in and had to reset an electrical breaker but the property manager provided immediate responses that fixed both issues. He was quick to respond, full of information and accommodating with our requests. The house is immaculate! The furnishings are simple and classic. So many things provided….. towels, utensils, cookware, plates and cups for indoor and outdoor use. Everything provided had multiples available for use - for example, there were several spoons, forks, etc. - we didn’t run out and have to hand wash or run the dishwasher every day. Lights and fan switches were all labeled so you didn’t have to guess. I could go on and on. This is our favorite rental thus far and we have reserved several properties for our short getaways and longer vacations and THIS IS THE BEST! We will definitely reserve again in the future. Hopefully it won’t already be booked up because once people realize what a gem this house is, there won’t be any time slots available. Thank you so much for allowing us as your guests. ##### Tina R.
