Fantastic location and home! We had 4 adults in town for ASU family weekend. Easy access to everything, had what we needed for meals etc. clean, well stocked. The pool are and outdoor seating was Fantastic!

The house has been recently remodelled and has been kept up well (nice and clean). The location also strikes a nice balance of being relatively easy to reach from the freeways and being close to activity centers in Tempe, while situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of five, including teenagers.

The home was perfect for my extended business trip. The property Manager was very accommodating when I needed to extend one extra day. The home was close to where I needed to be and perfect, affording me the peace and quiet I needed during a business trip.

Easy location. Quiet neighborhood. Property was able to accommodate the different family members with a nice living room space, a separate kitchen area and a private outside/pool area.

Great remodel in older, quiet residential area. Pool was unusable as it is not heated. Close to everything. House was really, really nice with a very high quality remodel job.

We stayed at this house for a bachelor party. It was about a 30 min drive to the parking lots for the waste management open. The bars in downtown Tempe & Scottsdale are not far either. The pool is not heated so it can not be used in the winter.

Needed a place for family to stay while we were all in town to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. This location was close by her home. The property was clean and easy to get to, and close to stores and restaurants. Kitchen needs a 13x9 baking pan and a bigger fry pan. 6 adults and 2 children stayed for 3 nights. The pool was nice, but need more beach towels. There were only 7 bathroom towels, and they need replacing. They do have the temp control locked, but did adjust it for our stay, after we were able to contact the owner. Could use an information sheet in the house with the owner info. Had to call Vrbo to get in contact with the owner. No ceiling fan in the room with the bunk bed. No Keurig coffee maker and there was no sugar in the house. The grill area had rain gutters piled up on it, so glad we hadn't planned on grilling. Yes, would stay at this property again. We did bring our own Keurig. This is a nice property, could just use a little more attention to details.

We visited our ASU daughters, and this house was 5 minutes from their place and the campus. The 3rd bedroom was very helpful for the nights our daughters stayed with us. We spent a lot of time hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood is crazy quiet and very convenient. The house was immaculate, Ivan was super responsive to our questions and even stopped by to answer a question about a ceiling fan. We would definitely stay here again.
