The backyard was great for the kids to swim and play yard games. The theater room and game room upstairs was also a huge hit with the kids. The layout of the house is a little funky, but it’s so spread out it was ok. We had a couple small issues with lights being out and the ovens being temperamental, however Kristi had someone out right away to fix the things. Kristi, our guest experience contact, went above and beyond helping us create the most amazing Christmas while remembering and honoring our son, Ian. The home was beautifully decorated, the backyard is a perfect escape, the pool offered the most amazing fun to all of the kids, and the beds were so comfortable. Kristi remained in close contact with me to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. She also went above and beyond in helping me decorate the home for Christmas before our arrival. Not only was the home outstanding, but her help to make it personable made it all the more special. We were able to celebrate the season while remembering Ian for the most wonderful son, nephew, grandson, and cousin that he was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ##### Aaron K.
